Review: Where Rainbows End by Cecelia Ahern

BLURB
From naughty children to rebellious teenagers, Rosie and Alex have stuck by each other through thick and thin. But just as as they're discovering the joys of teenage nights on the town and dating disasters, they're separated. Alex's family move from Dublin to America - and Alex goes with them. For good. Rosie's lost without him. But on the eve of her departure to join Alex in Boston, Rosie gets news that will change her life forever - and keep her at home in Ireland. Their magical connection sees them through the ups and downs of each others lives, but neither of them knows whether their friendship can survive the years and miles - or new relationships. And at the back of Rosie's mind is whether they were meant to be more than just good friends all along. Misunderstandings, circumstances and sheer bad luck have kept them apart, but when presented with the ultimate opportunity, will they gamble everything for true love?
MY REVIEW Where Rainbows EndWhere Rainbows End by Cecelia Ahern
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Ok, this isn't the kind of book I use to read...I read it out of a suggestion of a very good friend, and die to its easy of narrating things was very addictive.
About the story itself, it's more about life lessons actually, there's no big scenes of love out declarations of it either! It was pretty much frustrating for more than a half of the book the attitude of Rosie she was either giving up, running away or just accepting what life was throwing at her without putting a fight, so me being so the opposite, THAT was very freaking annoying.
And what you two about Alex!!!! I mean, what is wrong with the idea of being bold and work things out loud for each other without having to draft about the other person's reaction!!!! If either one of them would have been honest with themselves, at least, they would have Dave a lot of future mistakes in life for both of them!!!! Worth kids or no kids! Mistakes, here talking about failed marriages.
Anyway and besides, I'd love to watch when together a little bit sooner, not at 50!!! Please that is really hard! And also gives you a lot to think.
So love exists, and when you find it, you better fight for it, without wasting time!!!
I do admit that are a lot of worthy quotes for life that is true! And that is what I can safe from the book, lessons about family issues, personal losses, failed plans, dreams realization... Those kind of words was the reason to keep me reading, because after the first realization they were in love,I mean the"silence" I was more than frustrated, irritated and mad with Alex and Rosie!!!!
